How We Offer Great Prices
We are often asked how we can offer such great prices and still stay in business. The primary way we do this is through reducing overhead. We maintain a very small office in a co-working space, we focus most of marketing efforts where 97% of homeowners start their search (the internet), we aren't apart of a large national chain that we have to pay royalties too, and we keep our brokerage splits to a minimum. All this with a desire to push the market puts us in a position to help our sellers put thousands extra in their pockets without compromising service. Our agents earn a fair wage because we keep our splits low and we are providing a win for everyone involved. Going with a discount real estate agent doesn't mean you are getting a discounted service but you are getting a streamlined service.

Chance was born and raised in Midwest City and has had an interest in real estate since he was a teenager. He started his career in real estate as an investor in 2013 and branched into being a realtor in 2017. With a love for investing and helping others it is the best of both worlds. His favorite things are spending time with his amazing wife, 2 energy filled daughters, and investing in the lives of children through the children's ministry in his church.

Shay grew up in Moore, OK and has lived in the OKC area his whole life. He enjoys getting to know the sellers and buyers he works with, many of whom have become friends.
